Week Five...

So this week has been really uneventful. The Gallery got permission to use the space next to us that used to be a Thai massage parlor that had a reputation for offering a "happy ending" to clients. It however is HUGE and Aga is going to take down the walls and make it into an artists work space. Its going to be so cool I will get to help paint it hopefully before I leave for home.

After having been out to see most everything that I wanted to see with the exception of one castle that is really far away in the South of the city that is not accessible by the Luas. I joined a gym. This gym is right across the road from where I work so its UBER convenient. It is however the cheapest option that I found here that also had a pool.

This place is trying to be class as fuck!!! I mean look at this entry way.... So you have to climb up to the 1st floor to even get in... Then you see this.... It was mega intimidating to even go ask for someone. However they did do a student 1 month membership for 75 euro all in. MUCH cheaper than the others that could only do a 3 month contract and you had to pay a joining fee. But hey while I'd never pay this in the states they gotta pay for those velvet curtains some how... also they must be a bitch to clean...  

So the Pool... Its in the basement along with the steam rooms dry and wet. I LOVE the dry one. I sit for 10 min and sweat it out after a work-out and pool time. Not many people swim laps so I can do a few then do some stretching. Its just really relaxing. I have gone most days this week. :) Buy hey considering what I paid I have to!

So here is part of the work out area. I have be lifting weights after a free personal training session where they did not push training sessions on me just made a plan for me to follow and showed me how to do it. In the foreground is the leg press that I always feel like boss on till my last set... Then in the background is the Lateral Press... this is a big part of my upper arm workout. Thats really what I am working on and general fitness but mostly arms...BTW Arms suck....However I am sticking with it!!

So overall Crunch Fitness is a WIN! 

Well Friday is my individual adventure to Belfast and staying in a dorm room Hostel. My boss let me off early so I am trying to get early bus so I have more time before my Troubles Tour in a Black Cab... and Check in to my hostel. My camera is still going strong so hopefully it will last till Les gets here with the Batter Charger! :)  But Saturday is my Game of Thrones tour so since I just finished the show I am super excited!! Well monday I will be back with Lots of Weekend pictures and a video of  going over a scary rope bridge...!
